Yes, on every plan including Free. Calls use ephemeral UUIDs not phone numbers. IPs are masked via TURN relay servers. We provide one-click data deletion. There are no carrier metadata logs to subpoena. No add-ons or legal surcharges required.
Live calls are processed ephemerally — no recording unless you explicitly enable voicemail for offline agents. Voicemails are stored in your isolated Cloudflare R2 bucket. You control retention and deletion. We never access voicemail content for any purpose other than AI transcription if enabled.
In Anonymous Mode, callers connect without any identifying information collected — no name, no email, no IP (masked via TURN). The session is identified only by a random UUID that expires when the session ends. Ideal for sensitive support contexts like FinTech or healthcare.
